Do your services come with a guarantee?

Oferecemos 2 semanas de garantia. Caso não fique satisfeito com o primeiro resultado, realizaremos uma segunda visita para que refaçamos os procedimentos necessários, sem qualquer custo adicional para o cliente.

Does the cleaning remove all stains?

We inform you that, due to the nature of some stains, complete removal cannot always be guaranteed, as certain stains may damage the fabric and become permanent. However, our professional cleaning can significantly reduce their visibility. Before proceeding, our team performs a test at no additional cost, allowing you to decide whether to proceed after seeing the result.

How long does the cleaning take?

The duration varies depending on the services requested, ranging from approximately 1.5 hours for quick cleaning to 4 or more hours for more complex tasks.

How long does it take to dry?

Drying time depends on weather conditions, typically between 24 to 48 hours. However, we use a professional upholstery dryer to speed up the process.

How long does it take to clean and dry rugs?

Para os tapetes, realizamos a limpeza na própria morada do cliente, com máquinas profissionais e produtos específico. O tempo varia de acordo com a sujidade, origem da mancha e tamanho do tapete. Por isso, o tempo pode variar de 1h a 2h30min.

What areas do you serve?

We offer at-home services throughout the Algarve region. For distant locations, a small travel fee may apply, as we are based in the municipality of Lagoa.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we issue invoices to all customers. If you prefer not to receive an invoice, please inform us in advance.
